This Privacy Policy explains how Clear the Calendar™, operated by Trend Jockey®, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the platform.

Information we collect

We may collect account information, contact information, participant profile information, fundraiser information, transaction records, donation messages, device and browser information, push-notification subscription information, and usage or diagnostic information.

Payments

Payment card and banking information may be collected and processed directly by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Clear the Calendar does not store full payment-card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to operate fundraising pages, authenticate users, manage participant access, process transactions, facilitate payouts, send service communications and notifications, prevent fraud, provide support, improve the platform, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our policies.

Information relating to minors

Youth participants may appear on fundraising pages when an authorized organization, parent, or guardian creates or manages the applicable profile. Organizers and parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that participant information and photos are submitted with appropriate authority and consent.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that support payments, hosting, email, communications, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and platform operations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the platform, or in connection with a business transfer.

Public fundraiser information

Information intentionally placed on public fundraiser or participant pages may be visible to anyone with access to the page. Users should not submit sensitive personal information for public display.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, maintain transaction and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Users may update certain account and participant information through the platform. Push notifications may be disabled through device or browser settings. For privacy requests, contact support@clearthecalendar.com.
